What’s your diversity story?

this is how Jennifer opens many of her podcast. Now I turn the tables on her.

  • Opera singer in her 20s
  • After temporarily losing her voice, she switched from the art world to the corporate world
  • At the beginning of her corporate career, she downplayed her artistic life, but now it’s a critical part of all her speeches
  • She is been out and part of the LGBTQ community since she was 22
  • Capitalism is saddled with homogeneous management teams that do not reflect a diversifying market place
