Tish Hyman – a Grammy-nominated singer, a proud lesbian, and a paying member – was undressed in the women’s locker room when a biological male identifying as transgender walked in. According to Hyman’s own account (filmed and posted for the world to see), this individual:

- Called her a “bitch”
- Made sexually aggressive comments (“straight women like dick”)
- Had been reported multiple times by other women for the same predatory behavior

California’s Transgender Law: Good Intentions, Dangerous Outcomes

AB 1266 (2013) and its successors were sold as “anti-discrimination.” Noble goal. But noble intentions don’t justify erasing sex-based protections.

- Female consent: Women did not vote to share intimate spaces with male bodies. This was imposed top-down by activists and compliant politicians.
