At a time in our western history, when to woke forces what to offucate the difference between man and woman. The Scotand Police has choosen a very simple rule: If you have a penis, you are a man, and if you have a vagina, you are a woman. It doesn’t matter if you look like a woman, or if you feel like a woman. Thee Scothand Police decided to follow biology and not feelings nor looks.
This decision is very important when it comes to putting an individual in jail. You don’t want to put a man in women’s jail only becase he identifies as a woman. This could be very dangerous. Many rapes have been comited by men who identfy as women. Putting them in a women’s prison is that last thing you would like to do.
What’s unclear to me is that many other jurisdiction are following ideology and politics instead of basic biology.
I don’t know how a prison official acepts that because a man identifies as a woman, it’s ok to put that man in a woman’s prison. It’s insane.
Fortunately, Police Scotland has decided that the truth matters. Hopefully, other jurisdictions will follow the same truth.
