How to become a Headhunter with Marina Byezhanova

Marina ByezhanovaMarina Byezhanova is a driven entrepreneur, creative head hunter, writer, and public speaker. She has been featured in Inc.com, Forbes.com, Yahoo News, Financial Post, Fast Company, and Success Magazine.

We speak about her journey as an entrepreneur. How she immigrated from Ukraine, went to school at McGill University, and found a job with all the accolades which made her family proud.

Marina went into entrepreneurship because she wasn’t able to find an employer that was aligned with her values. After some brainstorming with her co-founder, they created the recruitment agency Pronexia.

Marina talks about the early struggles creating the agency, how to make yourself noticeable in a highly competitive job market, how to fight employment discrimination, and how to use LinkedIn as a tool to find the dream job.
