Heather was original a graphic artist, but she didn’t like working for a boss, so she started creating her own arts and craft and selling them at street fairs.
One day, her daughter came up with the idea of showing her jewelry making process on YouTube. Heather was shy and reluctant, but she thought that the idea would be fun.
Heather started her entrepreneur journey out of desperation. She didn’t have too many options. She didn’t fit well in the corporate 9 to 5 environment.
At the beginning, Heather’s YouTube channel was not consistent, she didn’t have great expectations, she just wanted to document what she was doing and share her knowledge with whomever happened to watch.
